Prevedent
nano-hydroxyapatite sponges

1. Brush Teeth: Clean your teeth thoroughly using your regular toothbrush and toothpaste.
2. Dry Teeth: After brushing, make sure your teeth are completely dry.
3. Open the Ampule: Hold the ampule between your thumb and forefinger, then press firmly on the ribbed plastic square until you hear or feel it snap. This will let the PrevDent serum saturate the sponge tip.
4. Apply the Serum: Gently squeeze the ampule to release the serum onto your teeth.
5. Let It Sit: Allow the serum to remain on your teeth
for 3–4 minutes. Do not rinse, spit, or eat during this time.
6. Rinse After 20 Minutes: Once 20 minutes have passed, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
1: Prepare your teeth
-
Brush your teeth before starting, but not immediately before to avoid sensitivity.
-
Ensure your teeth are clean for the best results.
2: Apply the whitening gel
-
Remove the cap from the gel syringe and apply a small amount of gel to the inner front surface of both the upper and lower trays.
-
A thin line or small teardrop shape of gel is sufficient, as the trays will distribute it evenly.
-
Avoid touching the gel with your fingers.
3: Place trays in your mouth
-
Place the trays in your mouth, positioning them over your teeth.
-
Gently press the trays firmly against the front surfaces of your teeth.
-
If excess gel spills onto your gums, remove it with a wet tissue or cotton swab.
4: Whiten and remove
-
Wear the trays for the time specified in the product instructions, which is often between 30 and 90 minutes.
-
Some kits may include an LED light that you can turn on to amplify the process, while others do not.
-
After the recommended time, remove the trays and rinse your mouth and the trays thoroughly with water.
5: Clean and store
-
Brush your teeth to remove any remaining gel.
-
Wash the trays and store them in their case for the next use.

Surgery Instructions

Following pre- and post-surgery instructions for a dental surgery is very important because it helps keep you safe and ensures the procedure goes smoothly. Before surgery, your dentist may ask you to avoid eating, drinking, or taking certain medicines. These rules help prevent problems with anesthesia and reduce the risk of bleeding. Good oral hygiene before the procedure also lowers the chance of infection. When you follow these instructions, your dentist can perform the surgery safely and without delays.
After the surgery, it’s just as important to follow the care instructions your dentist gives you. These steps—like resting, eating soft foods, and keeping the mouth clean—help the surgical area heal faster and prevent pain or infection. Avoiding smoking, drinking through a straw, or doing heavy activities also protects the healing site and prevents complications such as bleeding or dry socket.
